Payment Options
Payment Portal:
Pay your bill from our website using your credit card with our online bill paying service. “Visa, MasterCard & Discover Card”. Security of your personal information and minimizing cost of these services are our priorities. You can pay online if you have been disconnected, but please contact the Water Office to be reconnected. The online payments are not posted right away and will be posted to your account the following business day.
In Person:
Simply bring your payment to our business office at 443 24th Street, San Leon, Texas 77539. If you don’t have your bill stub, write your MUD account number on the check or your physical address. If you cannot make it during the Districts office hours between Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11 :30 a.m., there is a drop slot at the door and in the parking lot so you to drop your payment off after hours. CAUTION: we don’t recommend you put cash in either of the drop slots.
By Mail:
Include the “tear off’ from your bill with your check or money order ( do not mail cash) to, San Leon MUD, 443 24th Street, San Leon, Texas 77539. Be sure to write your MUD account number or your physical address on the check or money order.
Pay online from your checking account:
Most banks offer “online bill pay” to their checking account customers. You can initiate the payment at your own convenience from your home. Be sure to include your account number and our mailing address that is provided above. Please allow ten (10) days for this option.
ACH (Automatic Clearing House) Bank Draft and Credit Card Reoccurring:
This will be a scheduled monthly payment which will be withdrawn from your bank account and or credit card on the 19th of every month. If you would like to have this option, you may set it up in the office or print a copy of the form, fill it out and either mail it or put it in the drop box.
