Smart Meter Replacement

As we continue to look for ways to enhance our service to the community and improve each customer's experience, we're beginning a replacement program for our water meters. These new meters relay reads every 15 minutes via cell tower and even have a customer portal where everyone can set up their own individual profile to monitor usage and be alerted for any leaks or abnormal consumption! The rollout will take some time, but you can still set up your account on the portal to see your monthly consumption with the current meters. Attached is a flier that explains how to set up your portal; if you have any questions, just call the office.
