San Leon Municipal Utility District now has a 24 hour, 7 day a week payment drop box just outside the District Water Office. You can make a payment and not get out of your car, just drive up and drop your payment in the box. PLEASE NO CASH PAYMENTS. |

Galveston County Housing Assistance Program – Slum & Blight - Demolition Program Galveston County is currently taking applications for properties damaged by Hurricane Ike or properties with Hurricane Ike debris. Most applicants will qualify for free demolition/cleanup. If you are interested please call (877) 221-8215. |

Galveston County will be providing a disposal service for old tires and heavy trash at the American Legion Hall in San Leon on Friday May 18th from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM and on Saturday May 19th from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Old appliances and metal will also be accepted. Items will be accepted from Galveston County residents only. Absolutely no batteries, food items, household garbage or chemicals will be accepted.
